Pishgoo villa is located on a steep and wooded land in Damavand. The building was located by preserving the trees in a opening in the north of the land. It has a wide view and enjoys the sun.
The L-shape form provides both east-west and north-south elongation. But this form is designed solid and empty alternatively on the floors. The white wide lines connect the volumes in the facade. Broad windows and elongated surfaces make large terraces in two directions.

Bedrooms and private spaces are located in the first floor by sunlight providing, public space are in the ground and socond floor with large opening into the garden.

Landscape design

Garden percisely is designed by Parrotia persica, peach, walnut, olive and apple trees. Paths had been regarded from statring point at enterance to building in many views, closing and opening spaces. car access and pedestrian road privided. landscape includes special areas: backyard forest garden, private garden, grove garden, viewpoint and playground and many spot gathering such fireplace, pool, pergula,….
